Slachtstraat Filmtheater is op zoek naar een creatieve collega’s met een passie voor eten. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit het voorbereiden en meegeven van gerechten in de warme- en koude keuken. Je hebt een actieve rol t.b.v. kwaliteit, trends, kooktechnieken en je draagt suggesties en ideeën aan ter verbetering van de keuken. Actief meedenken voor de nieuwe menukaart. Je bent een bepalende factor qua efficiency, orde, netheid, voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en HACCP en sfeer.

 

Profiel

• Je bent resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsbewust, sociaal en collegiaal ingesteld;

• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als goed in teamverband werken;

• Ervaring in professionele horecakeuken;

• Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en enthousiast.

If you would like to work in the kitchen of the Slachtstraat, LHC or Springhaver, then this is your chance. We are looking for a creative person with a passion for food. Your daily work will consist of preparing and serving dishes in the hot and cold kitchen. You have an active role for quality, trends, cooking techniques and you contribute suggestions and ideas to improve the kitchen. Actively contribute ideas for the new menu. You are a determining factor in efficiency, order, cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and HACCP and atmosphere.

 

 

Profile Cook

• You are result-oriented, quality-conscious, social and collegial;

• You can work independently as well as in a team;

• Experience in professional catering kitchen;

• You are flexible, stress resistant and enthusiastic.
